Cancellations

Your appointments are important to us and because of that, we make sure everything for your services are prepped & ready for your arrival. We understand that things may get in the way and appointments need to be cancelled or reschedule. We ask that you please contact us of any changes 48 hours before your booked time. No cancellation prior will result in a 50% charge of the original service price.

Arriving Late

We ask that you are no later than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment. We want the best experience for you and require the entire time to perform a full service. Later than 15 minutes will result in a rescheduling. If we are able to take you in late, the charge will be full price with a shorter service time. If we are unable to take you at the time you arrive, you will be charged for 50% of the service you missed.

No Shows

If you no-show without notice on the day of your appointment we will charge you 100% of your booked service price with your on- file credit card. You will then have to prepay for all future appointments.
